Centennial Eiendom ASA has completed its acquisition of Eikenga 31-33
Centennial Eiendom ASA has completed and closed the acquisition of Eikenga 31-33 located in Økern with excellent public infrastructure.
The warehouse and office buildings is nearly 11.000m2, and the plot covers more than 7,500m2. The area is part of “Hovinbyen”, Oslo’s largest and most prominent urban development. The acquisition gives us great opportunities for future utilisation of the properties, particularly as we own the neighbouring property Økernveien 121.

Centennial Eiendom ASA names new CEO
Raymond Gabrielsen has been appointed CEO of Centennial AS’s subsidiary, Centennial Eiendom ASA.
Gabrielsen has a MBA from ESCP in Paris and Norwegian School of Management (BI) and he is also a licensed real estate broker. With more than 20 years in various positions within real estate he has comprehensive experience from the business, including letting, investments, transactions and property development.
