Neptun Tecofa AS and Sia Centennial Industries have merged and established the new co-owned parent company, Pro Pack Innovation AS.
In late 2018 Neptun Tecofa AS merged with RKGrafisk. Their slogan "Can it be made - we'll make it" is still highly true and now their product portfolio is even broader. RKGrafisk gives their customers added value through quality custom-made printed products on a wide range of printable materials. Since the merger they have not stopped developing their knowledge, and have invested in technology and continues to deliver high quality solutions for their customers.
During the Covid-19 pandemic RKGrafisk produced a large volume of infection control equipment for the Norwegian health care services. In May 2020 the Minister of Health and Care services, Bent Høie, personally visited and thanked RKGrafisk for the important job they were doing at their facilities in Oslo.
Centennial Industries is a 100% Norwegian owned company that was founded in 2001 in the town of Daugavpils, Latvia. Centennial AS has been a majority shareholder in Centennial Industries since the beginning. The well-established production is situated in bright and modern facilities. They deliver a service of real value to all their customers. The company’s manufacturing capabilities cover a vast range of products in established markets, such as office and school products, packaging, products for tourism, restaurants and conferences as well as promotional items. The goods exports to Sweden, Norway, England, Denmark, Finland, Germany, France, Russia and Belarus.
The two companies collaborate, but the majority of the production of stock line and custom-made products are separated. Jointly they are one of the largest manufacturers of products in PP, PVC, PU, paper and cardboard in the Nordic and Northern Europe. One of their specialties is 4 colour offset printing on PP and PVC.
