Centennial Invest Q1 2024

In Q1 2024 Centennial Invest AS had invested in average NOK 93m, with a profit of NOK 9,525m or 10,23% return (annualised 40,92%) with the following distribution as of 31.03.2024.

Realized gains NOK 3,065m

Dividends received NOK 2,064m

Option premiums received NOK 1,506m

Unrealized profit 2,89m

In the same period Oslo Stock exchange rose 1,5%. Increasing investments in Swedish and US equities, gave significant excess return both because of rising stock prices and weak NOK.

Looking into Q2 2024, there has been some nervosity that the expected rate cuts from FED will be some delayed, so consequently some unrealized profit has been realized and cash position has been increased.

Sustainable Upgrade - Sagveien 25

As part of our ongoing efforts to make our logistics building at Sagveien 25 more sustainable, we have recently installed a huge solar panel system on three of its facades.

With over 850 panels the estimated annual production of the system is 271 704 kWh.

Centennial and Spedify enter into partnership - emerging as a significant player in third-party logistics

We have acquired a stake in the leading warehouse and logistics company, Spedify, which is expanding its operations by 25,000 m2 by moving into our property in Askim, Sagveien 25.
