Progress in Sanremo
The construction of our real estate project in Sanremo has started. The foundation is coming together and according to the current schedule the first apartments will be ready in spring 2020.

The Chairman Endre Røsjø highlights in the Shareholders Letter that the bank is showing a strong growth in 2018. With a loan portfolio increasing from USD 100 million at the beginning of the year to reaching USD 300 million at the end of the year.
