The former commercial building has recently been converted into 25 modern apartments of various sizes. Five of the apartments have already been sold.
The top floor, which was built on as part of the conversion, houses four exclusive apartments with their own balconies.

2019 Portfolio Managers Report: Selective Opportunities – Pinemont Investment Grade
2019 return on capital was the highest on record at 13.03%. The best year since inception in 2015 saw invested capital rise to NOK 600m, with risk kept to the absolute minimum. Pinemont’s ability to deliver benchmark-beating returns year in, year out has cemented the fund as one of the stars in Europe.
