Centennial and Spedify enter into partnership - emerging as a significant player in third-party logistics

We have acquired a stake in the leading warehouse and logistics company, Spedify, which is expanding its operations by 25,000 m2 by moving into our property in Askim, Sagveien 25.

The builder has committed to building a number of high quality homes and is committed to a minimum agreed price to us as sellers.

Our subsidiary Sia Centennial Industries have acquired the production property, in which we have been based since 2016.
