Realtor.com have projected the Phoenix area as the top housing market in the US in 2017.
Phoenix housing is expected to see an increase in prices of 5.9 percent and a 7.2 percent growth in sales. This places Phoenix at the top of the US housing market, followed by Los Angeles and Boston.
