Towards the end on 2023 we acquired a stake in the leading warehouse and logistics company, Spedify, which expanded its operations by 25,000 m2 when moving into our property in Askim, Sagveien 25.
Spedify offers warehouse and logistics services for established retailers who want more time to focus on running their business.
In early 2021 we acquired a stake in one of Norway's oldest online lingerie stores, Underverker.no. The online store offers a wide selection of lingerie, swimwear, and loungewear with unique fits and high quality from well-known European brands.
In recent years, Underverker has undergone a rebranding, migrated its online store to a more scalable platform, and streamlined warehouse and logistics operations — aligned with our vision of creating synergies and growth across our investments.
Towards the end of 2022 we acquired a stake in Sportmann.no — one of Norway’s largest and oldest online stores, with over 50 years of experience in distance selling. The first online store was launched as early as 1998.
The store offers a wide selection of clothing, fashion, shoes, and sportswear from well-known brands for all age groups. Under our investment umbrella, Sportmann has also streamlined operations, warehouse management, and logistics.
